When you live in a small apartment, the next thing that you will be thinking of is how to maximize the limited space that you have. Fortunately for our website visitors who are searching for apartment design ideas that they can use for their small apartment, we have them for you. Check out some design tips on how to make your seemingly small apartment larger than it actually is.

Remove all the clutter

The first thing that you have to do is remove all the stuff that you actually do not need. I know that this can be difficult for some but this is doable for all. Have you ever heard about the Konmari Method?
This technique used in decluttering space is popularized by this Japanese version of Martha Stewart. Her name is Marie Kondo. She is an expert in helping people find the objects in your house that spark joy in your life. What do you to the other stuff that you do not need? She said that you should take time to appreciate all the good things that the items have brought in your life. Then, after that, you can throw it away. Marie Kondo did build a website that gives you tips and tricks in maintaining your house.

Choose a minimalist design

One of the words that became famous in this generation is minimalist. We all know the number of things that are going on in the world today. You have so many products that you can buy for your house. You can even buy website traffic if you want. But if you have limited space in your apartment, you have to be wise about it. What you can do is to choose a minimalist design.

An apartment with a minimalist design only retains the things that you will actually use. Remove the chairs and tables that you do not need. If you think that you do not need two sofas in the living room, then you have to give one away. List down the items that you are sure to use inside your apartment. Removing the other stuff will give you more space.

I first saw the term minimalist in a Discovery Channel show wherein in the Japanese of this new generation opts to do so. Only one table, 7 sets of clothes for the whole week, not even a refrigerator for some. For a person living alone, this is okay. But for a family, it can be quite difficult to do it.

I love watching Marie Kondo. She always looks so happy while helping people declutter their apartments. And I am being influenced by her, to say the least. I would probably do the same decluttering next week so that I will have an apartment that is filled with stuff that sparks joy.

I have heard the name Marie Kondo before. I think she is on Netflix or something. She said that you have to choose the objects in your house that spark joy in your life. And I think that it really does help the homeowner. The Konmari method can rid you of all the stuff that you think you need but you do not actually have to have inside your home.

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility issues? A number of my blog visitors have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any solutions to help fix this issue?
